Great Portions. Not too salty. Make sure you check out the lobster tail & shrimp to make sure there is no poop in it otherwise it's amazing

If you're looking for a good quality hot pot place, that's your first mistake (but they're nice when fufilling special requests). The Kimchi Dumpling Hot Soup 泡菜餃子鍋 wasn't bad itself. I got it Very Spicy, but felt like I could've done the last option. The soup was very tasty/flavorful and probably the only best part. The rest of the toppings were just plain sad. Very miniscule amounts, the clam was half the size of my pinky, the Roe fishball 魚子魚丸 was super rubbery, Soft Tofu 嫩豆腐 looked sad, and it was just a huge overflow of purely kimchi. That's not necessarily bad, but it just threw everything off and had no balance. Unless you're a huge Kimchi lover, I'd go for it again. 2/5 mediocre place.

Wrapped really well. The rice that comes with it is usually always hard and dry, I've ordered several times now. But Sichuan Flavor Hot Soup 四川麻辣鍋 is consistent and full of meat.

I was charged 50 cents per bowl to have the broth separated from the base ingredients. Unfortunately, they were all not separated. While the taste was great, the ingredients ratio was not. There were not enough vegetables and meat to balance the noodles and soup.

Both hot pots were packed very well and delivered very hot. The Large garlic sauce 大蒜蓉醬油 and Large soy bean sauce 大豆瓣醬 dipping sauce are a must! Hubby and I enjoyed everything. Portions size is very nice. very filling.
