We ALWAYS love LC's! I've had tenderloins all over KC and usually they don't meet my expectations but this one...FIRE! So good! As a matter of fact, my husband has tried all sorts of burgers but I ALWAYS get the tenderloin!

Fries were cold and burnt like more than half the bag was brown fries. The patty was non-existent on the cheeseburger. It was all bread and an extremely thin burnt patty. My husband wanted the $12 bacon cheeseburger that comes with tomato, mayo, and lettuce. There were two patties and cheese. That's it. Not even bacon. All for $50!! This used to be one of our favorite places to eat.

Bun on Cheeseburger was soggy and mushy, the onion rings were incredibly greasy, falling apart/broken, and overcooked, and the fries were cold in undercooked. Substituted fried pickles with more fries. Extremely slow service during a non-peak time. Dasher waited for 30 minutes while they chatted. Not up to normal standards at all!

This is the first time LCs was terrible. They must have a new person. Burgers were burnt like a rock. Couldn't eat. Tots were not cooked right. Just a waste of money tonight
