While the food was well cooked, I was disappointed in the beau au citron. I was expecting a lemon butter sauce. Instead I received a brown sauce with no lemon I could taste and too much salt. The petit fours were also a surprise. They were not the small iced cakes I am used to but a aslection of miniature baked goods. They were good but overpriced in my estimation

I asked for the Cajun Chicken to be sliced thin and they did it tonight. So good especially sliced thin

Best French cuisine Difficult to find anywhere these days but Le Bilboquet came through. Cool waitresses- great feeling of Paris in the 50s

The squash Soup du Jour was very nice but I loved the Escargots which were sweet and nutty with rich butter garlic sauce and inspirational walnuts that were refectory compliment
