(First time) Great proportion, but lacks flavor. Specifically, I ordered spicy but there was zero tang. Maybe they gave me Southern on accident. Everything was prepared well though so next time I'll try the hottest flavor.

Fries were beyond fried and brittle, the chicken sandwhich bread was soggy completely on bottom, as well as the chicken being undercooked and flavorless.
