This is the best Vietnamese food in Abq. You have to try their Pho, the broth is the beat I've had in the entire United States.
The honeycomb bread is also amazing. As are the spring rolls.
The prices are incredible for the quality of food. Be sure to tip your drivers.

We have been going for years and the food is really good ... Amazing Banh mi, fabulous Pho and great desserts! Really Fresh ... Really Tasty ...
Customer service is always great !! Great Vietnamese Coffee too ... try the Sesame Balls ;)

The food was fantastic , Pho Tai the meat , veggies and broth delicious , Goi Cuon Tom is my favorite , just one is so filling . The chocolate smoothie tried for the first time AMAZING!! Chilled and blended perfectly.
We always get these items !

The best smoothies ever. especially the avocado smoothie - yummmm!
All their food is delicious & each entree easily makes 2 meals. I especially love the #37 & the veggie fried rice, Com Chien Trung.
& the best dessert anywhere is the Honeycomb Cake! Hard to describe, very spongey but also dense with just the right touch of sweetness, not too much, plain with just sesame seeds, no icing. It comes warm & should be eaten right away. Amazing!

I can never tire of the food from Le Bistro. Don't let the French name fool you, it is the real thing, authentic Vietnamese food! They are one of only two restaurants in the city that I know which makes the green coconut sponge cake. There is nothing like it in the world, delicious! Also, the best avocado smoothie ever! Love you guys - thanks a lot!
