Tots with queso should always be packaged separately. Getting the soggy tots via delivery sucks. Sometimes they are sent with the queso on the side. also ordering a burger on the site forces an upgrade. I've ordered without and failed to receive tots with the burger. Otherwise great! One of my favorite burgers.

Very late because they lost my order. also they put the queso and chili on the tots making them soggy. Previous times the chili and cheese were separately packaged. I'm guessing they were too busy being mean to the driver to care if my food was prepared with care. Still tasty, though.

I thought I would get fries with my burger Since the burgers are $15 so I was very disappointed to find out that he didn't include fries. The burgers were delicious though

The inferno burger was tasty. I expected it to be spicy but it really wasn't. The tots could have been a little crispier. I would try this place again.
