The hoagie was tasty and half of it filled me up. The bread is fresh but chewy and the fillings came out with every bite, so it was messy, but good.
Not a big fan of the macaroni salad, but honestly, I really only like my own, so no surprise there. It was quite sweet pickle-y.
The cheesecake was creamy, and I liked the small pieces of walnut in the crust.

Unfortunately, not impressed with dinner tonight. The onion rings---there were 4, for $3.70, and two were too burnt to eat! The cheesesteak was just okay in taste but had two full inches of bun with nothing in it. No exaggeration. Got a much better cheesesteak from Jersey Mike. The buns are good, as are the fries, but I wouldn't order again.

I ordered 1/2 sub, turkey and roast beef with small fries. Order came quickly and was very well packed- separate bag for fries was stapled shut. Sub was loaded and well wrapped, so it stayed together once unwrapped.
Fries were hot and good. Sub, not so much. The first bite was awful, very bitter tasting. It seems like they may marinate the lettuce in the oil, vinegar and oregano, not sure. I had added sweet peppers, but got limp oily green pepper instead. The cheese was scant and cut so thin you could see through it! I ended up scraping off all the vegetables, giving the meat to my dog and just eating the bun and the cheese. I'll toss the second half.
I usually request NO oregano, but that was not an option given. I don't think I will order another sub here.

This was my first time ordering from Lee's Hoagie House and everything we ordered was delicious! From the cheesesteak (which had pickled peppers--my favorite) to the CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH (great classic flavors with mayo and juicy chicken which I had customized, so I added pickles and peppers and a few other things making it so good, the rest of my family were jealous of) to the KIDS GRILLED CHEESE MEAL (white bread with American cheese---can't go wrong with this one) KIDS CHICKEN FINGERS MEAL (even our littlest who is very picky lived the tender chicken). I know food is subjective, but when the grown ups and the kids enjoy it, I think that says something. We didn't get our macaroni salad, but I have a feeling it would be amazing too. I will definitely order again.
