The string beans and Mapo Tofu are the closest thing to Chengdu we have had. Really appre that you can modify to make it spicy and veg friendly. A favorite of ours!

My favorite was the shumai. The wonton soup had a very fishy taste to it that was a little hard to look past. the egg drop soup was fine but not very flavorful and had pretty large pieces of scrambled looking eggs in them.
