The food is too good for the restaurant to be so empty. This east York store wasn't listed on Google maps so they ought to increase awareness of their presence in the local community. There aren't that many salad shops in the York area, and with all the unhealthy options Lettusknow is a diamond in the rough that could excel with the right execution.

I get lettuceknow downtown often and i was a little surprised to see my order coming from springettabury. Idk if the truck holds less but my salad is VERY dismal. Its usually so much meat and greens i can barely add dressing. It's barely any chicken. I hope in the future i can choose DOWNTOWN and not the truck because i got skimped on
