Brisket is trash! Rubbery imitation definitely not real. The only good thing out of this $80 order was the Full Rack Baby Back Ribs plate. Don't waste your money on the Pulled Pork Plate or brisket by the pound. They also forgot the 2sides that came with. Epic fail
