They had not even started the order when we got there, after the stated arrival time which was a half hour, which I understand if you're short staffed sometime. Then they didn't even include some of the order. If I'm spending almost $60 on donuts, driving across town, and then still waiting for you to box them all, it sucks to get home a things people wanted weren't there. This was a mother's day treat getting everyone donuts and our first time trying this place. But I don't like giving local places bad reviews unless they REALLY do something and this was just, disappointing more than anything.
