I must tell you that Lillians fish of the day is-off the charts great
usually Hallibut and done so perfectly on a bed of risotto with slices of avocado and zuiccini. I was looking for that top restaurant fish and I found it here / grateful and thank you

Small portions, both pastas were lacking sauce, the meat ball were okay. I love eating at the restaurant I think its the best Italian in town, but I'm sorry to say the take out was disappointing for the portions and the price.

The lasagna, gnocchi and Ceasar salads were great as always! I took a picture but the romantic mood lighting led to a slow shutter speed which led to a delayed image capture. Looking forward to my next order already.

chicken parm had no sauce, small side of pasta barely has sauce. Very disappointed. no flavor at all.

I ordered the Sunday night gravy pasta.
This is something that I typically order from Mellos restaurant when home in Alamo, California. It's Sunday night gravy/pasta is fabulous.
I made a huge mistake by ordering the Sunday night gravy/pasta from Lillian's. It was absolutely horrible. I couldn't believe that it was that bad. It was simply pasta with a very pathetic marinara sauce poured over it. THAT IS NOT SUNDAY NIGHT GRAVY. Lillians should be ashamed of itself for putting that out to consumers.
My wife and I have had a vacation house in Santa Cruz for seven years. At first, we look forward to enjoying a meal at Lillian's. For the last few years, the quality of the food has simply gone to hell.
Unless I become aware of a major change in the kitchen at Lillian's, I will never return.
