This is my first time ordering and I'm very disappointed. The portion size is not what is reflected on the photos. This build your own bowl is 1/3 of the container that they sent it in. You will get way more bang for your buck if you go to chipotle which is essentially the same. Not only that I was missing items from my order. Not worth the time.

I like that they seem pretty consistent with portion sizes since I'm counting calories so I always go by their calorie counts/nutrition facts when I decide what to order. I like them better than Chipotle, which is notorious for being inconsistent with portions. I just wish they allowed you order extra Salsas as a side.

definitely didn't add enough food for $12 per Build-Your-Own Bowl. this is worth more like $7-9 each with the amount that was given. it's good flavor but i wish there was more beans/food included in general. the chips and Chips & Queso was okay, the queso was better than the chips but overall that one was good. i got a refund for 1 order of the Build-Your-Own Bowl because it was ridiculously overpriced for what i was given. good concept, good options, semi-decent prices. i would order again, but they need to put more food in their bowls. if they don't want to add more food, then lower the prices so people can have a happy medium here.

Very disappointing. Ordered 2 burrito Build-Your-Own Bowl , one carnitas and the other steak. Arrived cold. Such small portions, hardly any meat in it. Everything was over salted including the Guacamole . None of this was even remotely Mexican tasting. I can't believe I'm saying this but we'll stick to Chipotle next time we want a burrito bowl.
