First time customer, very satisfied and will return. The Dan Dan noodles were deliciously chewey and full of flavor. The steamed buns and dumplings were as good as I have had a great street places in NYC and SF. Servings were generous and prices great! Especially for Seattle.

Hot and Sour Soup / 酸辣汤 : very good. Packaging issues caused half to be spilled at the bottom of the bag, but would order again.
Steamed BBQ Pork Buns (2 Pcs) / 蜜汁叉烧包 : delicious. Fluffy and saucy.
Pork Soup Dumpling XLB (10 Pcs) / 猪肉小笼包(10朵) : might be a rookie move on my part, but all of them burst and the broth spilled out. Would not order for delivery.

The Braised Beef Noodle Soup / 红烧牛肉面 and Hand Pulled Beef Noodle Soup / 兰州拉面 were ok/decent soups, but the green Onion Pancake / 葱油饼 was unsalted and bland, and had the texture of chalk. All of the Pork Soup Dumpling XLB (10 Pcs) / 猪肉小笼包(10朵) tore in the container, which was unfortunate.

the food was delivered in very nice takeout branded containers in a Lin's branded insulated bag. that level of branding should have been the first red flag.
The food itself was quite poor, the steamed buns tasted bland and were mostly dry dough. the hot and sour soup tasted very odd and slightly metallic unlike any I've had before. overall none of the food was that good and I threw out half of it instead of eating it.

Stay away from their General Tso's Chicken / 左宗棠鸡. Also our Garlic Green Beans / 蒜蓉四季豆 were very overcooked. EXCELLENT Wonton in Chicken Soup / 鸡汤馄饨 and Pan-Fried Hangzhou Xiao Long Bao / 生煎杭州小笼包 (8 Pcs) though.
