The food is excellent, but they have used the wrong bread more than once. I have ordered a sandwich with Jalapeno Cheddar sourdough a few times and got regular sourdough. I even checked "Cancel this item if unavailable" and they still sent the wrong thing. They either need to read the order more carefully or remove sold out items from their menu.

Had high hopes because I kept seeing this place all over tik tok. Doesnt live upto the hype for me. The coffee is okay but I cant taste the hazelnut flavor. The sandwich is not it. I will say the portion size is decent (as it should for a $20 sandwich...) but the flavors are not good, the bread is not toasted, and the bacon is way undercooked. I cant even finish it because the flavor is so off. It's very basic given the price and hype around it... something like youd get at Panera.

A-ha turkey cheddar a $22 sandwich with one slice of turkey and all bread - felt like I was eating a bacon/cheese sandwich What a rip off..

Ordered Strawberry Iced Matcha multiple times, for some reason this time the matcha was an extremely dark green and had a very bad taste (I know I mixed it already, its never this dark though . Usually it's good!
