I have had more than my fair share of unfortunate DoorDash deliveries in which the restaurant failed to follow instructions or forgot items altogether. It has been a very frustrating experience to have back-to-back incidents when the orders are not complex. I was so pleasantly surprised the last two times I ordered Lions Choice because the directions are followed pristinely and everything is always delicious and fresh! The shakes are made with real fruit, and the quality of the meat is always juicy and tender. I'm a Michigan native who grew up with the other roast beef sandwich restaurant and I can honestly say I will never go back to their roast beef sandwich ever again. I absolutely love The Remix sandwich and get it every single time. I love the option for as rare as possible, and the garlic seasoning is sensational and I always ask for extra. Every time I encounter a Lions Choice employee they are exceptionally professional with genuine customer service in their voice and demeanor. I love Lions Choice!

The food was prepared so well! The Remix roast beef was rare, just as I asked, and the Broccoli Cheddar Soup was fresh. Also, the individual plastic bag packaging of the sandwiches, soup, and the savory Au Jus was appreciated as it ensured that if something spills, it wouldn't wet the brown bags. Thank you!

major disappointment fries were totally cold and tasted and looked like they'd been sitting around awhile. Ordered the king ham sandwich which is supposed to have twice as much meat as a regular but it had a bare modicum of meat and if this was their king their regular must be little more than bun. Even the the straw was short barely an inch above the lid on my large drink. Arby's from now on for me.

My order was missing the Au Jus. I also ordered bowls of broccoli cheddar soup and received cups, which is a smaller size. While very tasty, I like to get what I paid for. I could clearly see that lion's choice attempted to seal the bag however, when I received it, it was unsealed. The soup seemed fresh, but the outside of the soup cups were stained with a brown liquid. When I visit this lion's choice in person, I have a fantastic experience. I find it odd that I only have problems when I use this platform to get it. Hopefully they will start using the plastic sealed bags which are more tamper evident because we love their food generally.
