Pizza was upside down when I opened box, extremely burnt and tasted like wet cardboard.

I ordered a calzone and after 40 minutes or more I text the second person there to pick up my order and she said they never got my order and wouldn't make it. Then they changed their mind and made a pizza instead. So I don't know where the miscommunication was but maybe Lit Pizza should look into their system not getting orders that have been paid for. Bonnie, the person who picked up my order, was so nice & patient, she's the only reason I got anything.
