The pizza was honestly really disappointing. The dough tasted undercooked and had a chewy, gummy texture, while the cheese was completely burnt. On top of that, there was a strange, funky smell that made it hard to even enjoy. We could barely eat a single slice. Definitely not a good experience.

Good process for delivery order. Dasher Juan was on time and followed instructions.
However, I ordered 3 pizzas. But 1 was supposed to be a custom thin crust at $24+ rather than a regular crust. I expect little Ceasars to refund that charge. Please help get an adjustment. Thankyou. Please contact me.

We ordered a cheese pizza and most of it was burnt. We alonordered the m&m brownies but received the Twix instead. We expected better quality since we get great quality and service at the little ceasers in McAllen. Disappointed.
