• 9/14/25I asked and paid for extra pepperoni and did not get that. I also requested pizza be well done and it was still very mushy like it wasn't cooked all the way through.

• 11/30/25Ordered a cheese pizza with Pretzel Crust with Pizza Sauce & Cheese for delivery and received a pepperoni on normal crust instead. I tried calling the store 4 times but received a busy tone each time.
