everything was so good, pizza was fresh and hit, Crazy Sauce® was great tasting, the MNT Dew was still cold. love it

The pizza was over cooked. Not enough cheese. There was so much salt on the pretzel crust that I couldn't stand to eat it. I wouldn't order it again.

The items were loose and not in a bag or box of any kind. This makes it difficult for accessibility (I had this delivered to my blind mother and since she can't see, it's hard to know if she's picked it all up.) The sauce was also missing from the order completely even though it was advertised as included. I would recommend the restaurant put items in a bag to ensure everything is there and to make it easier for the dasher to deliever and the customer to receive. Probably won't order again for my mother for these reasons.

The store forgot a few items. The pizza was cut incorrectly but not terribly. The Italian Cheese Bread seemed to be over done but not terribly. So overall their service is well though.
