I called to make sure order was made to a good quality and still received it like this ; the bottom was burnt & hard crust and just overall terrible.

I requested extra marinara sauce for this pizza but clearly, I did not get that, it looks more like I got "light" sauce! That and it really was undercooked by at least 5 minutes.

Usually I have no issues with this place, however, tonight was a different story. What I ordered was a regular Custom Detroit-Style Deep Dish and ONLY requested extra sauce. But after looking at receipt it somehow shows 2X2X sauce, XX cheese, 2X2X Beef and XX pepperoni! What is going on with that nonsense?? THE DD APP DOES NOT EVEN ALLOW THIS 2X2X OPTION! NOT WHAT I ORDERED. NO WONDER MY (WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A $15 ORDER CAME OUT TO BE $30! VERY DISPLEASED ABOUT THESE EXTRA CHARGES!
And not to mention this deep dish was NOT EVEN CLOSE to being cooked long enough! My first bite was cold, crust was dough texture and some pepperoni was nearly raw!
