Very dry pizza. Have never had Hawaiian pizza where they slice the ham In little itty bitty pieces

This was the worst "pizza" I've ever had. I ordered the thin crust but no one told me it was thin as paper and hard as a rock. In addition there was NO SAUCE on it. Just a thin hard dry crust with toppings. Dry as a bone and completely inedible Thoroughly disgusting and totally inedible. My question is, what are they going to do about it?
