Pizza was undercooked and tasted doughy, the 2-liter was very flat and the lid seal was broken.

The food is usually fantastic. This time the chips were stale. I ordered a enchilada style Sancho without any lettuce on the inside or salad at all. It arrived with everything. It looks like it has been slopped together everywhere.

you might be wondering why i moved the jalapenos down onto the rest of the pizza. i didn't. they fell down because apparently they didn't want to cut the actual slices so when i lifted to get a slice the entire jalapeno pile they just tossed on top tumbled down. it wasn't even baked onto the pizza like the rest of the toppings. they also made sure to give me the end of a jalapeno as one of the pieces so I couldn't even enjoy that on my actual piece. the rest is fine but if you're going to add jalapenos on a pizza why wouldn't you add it before the other toppings to ensure the cheese can fuse to it when being baked? not even pizza hut screws up their jalapenos on their pizza this badly. though I guess i should be grateful since they don't seem to mind to use the ends of jalapenos so someone can potentially chip their teeth or choke on the ends of it. but not even slicing is appropriately? why even slice it at all then? worse part is I bought two of these and the other is just like this
