the only thing I can say bad is if I would've known the Hawaiian pizza had pizza sauce, I would've substituted BBQ sauce. other than that the order was Greatly prepared and not greasy

The thin pepperoni pizza was very good, just enough pepperoni and the cheese...so yummy!!! I'd order this again! Super fresh, it wasn't sitting in the warming oven very long.
I specifically asked for well baked Crazy Bread, what I got was limp white dough,cooked just long enough to make it warm, so warm wet dough was delivered.

Detroit-Style Deep Dish Pepperoni and Italian Cheese Bread was the worst I've ever had! Bland flavor and was like eating cardboard!!! I use to be a diehard lil C fan, the crust made me drop them.
I complained about it, they remade my order, and it was bad too. I'm done with them.

added toppings were over 2 bucks each. got very few toppings and not even to the edge. chicken wings were not good

This place used to be quite reliable, but now it has become a real crap shoot as to what you will end up with. On this particular order the crust was rolled on the edge as though they were going to stuff it and realized they messed up, there was not more pepperoni than a normal pizza and there was not more cheese than a regular pizza. the store on E. mane street in Springfield has been having trouble for a long time with quality and service getting worse and worse, I think the company should close this store until they can get the problems which appear to be many from the top to the bottom, sorted out.
I think we are done with this chain.
