The Philly Cheesesteak Crazy Puffs® did not look like but the commercials but they were cheesy and tasty so I'll be purchasing them again. Our order was hot when it arrived as well

Ordered deep dish crazy bread and the crazy puffs cheese steak. The deep dish was nothing but cheese and the bread was under cooked and the cheese steak puffs were like hockey pucks.

Any time i have ever ordered from this store, the Crazy Bread® is undercooked and floppy. The Pretzel Crust with Cheese Sauce & Cheese never comes right: either the crust is normal pizza crust, it comes no salt, or the sauce is red sauce and not cheese sauce. If the store does not have the ingredients or capability to put out consistently good food I understand, but GMs have the capacity to update or 86 menu items. Do yourself, your employees, and you customers a favor and 86 items with ingredients you don't have. Incredibly disappointing as the Pretzel Crust was a childhood favorite of mine and now I cannot enjoy it due to my local store's inability to provide quality food.

My pizza was so burn that you couldn't tell if there was any cheese on it. To be honest it look like it was just dough with no cheese at all. That was a big disappointment for the kids.

I understand it's a Stuffed Pretzel Crust with Pizza Sauce & Pepperonibut it doesn't mean u should u add so much salt cause I had to throw the whole thing away cause that's a big turn off and it had a lot more I had to use a napkin to wipe of most of it
