Order was completed perfectly. Everything was warm and delicious. We love the Classic Pepperoni, 4 Cheese Crazy Puffs®, and Italian Cheese Bread!

Pizza was very greasy and undercooked. Instead of calling to say they were out of regular Pepsi they gave diet and I have a family member that is allergic to the alternative sweetener in it. Italian Cheese Bread was burnt

Although I am considerate that it was busy at the time, I've ordered the cheese deep dish multiple times before and it's never come out like this. I'm fairly certain it's so small to the point that it could fit in half the box. Really disappointed in the quality :(

Waited for over an hour for the order and it came like this. I am not sure if this is sanitary. Packaging is super messy and oily and I don't know if it packaged in a proper way. It seems like rushed packaging.

I know people are not perfect. But they can try a little harder. With this order they didn't even cut the pizza the way its usually done so their attempt was very poor. I asked for extra cheese but it looked like regular amount and I paid extra for nothing. And putting handfuls of jalapeños and green bell peppers without spreading them out then the thinly stuffed Crust pizza would fall apart when picking it up and I didn't even ask for thin crust. The time before that they didn't PUT cheese IN the Crazy Puffs. And you can tell that the puffs were sitting there for a few hours cuz of how dry and hard they were. I'm not sure if I'll go back there anymore. I didn't even complain. But I can't take it anymore, they screwing up badly, way too much for me so I'm saying something now. Thank you
