As a true South Louisiana native, I’m picky about gumbo, and Little Daddy’s did not disappoint. The seafood gumbo had a flavorful roux that’s close to authentic. The trinity could be cooked a little longer, but overall it was very good. The chicken and sausage gumbo was also tasty. Great portions, fair price, and a perfect option when you want good gumbo without spending hours making it yourself.

This place is very very good! 1) the delivery was made on time and in a very sturdy and attractive bag that was sealed 2) I've been eating fried oysters for over 60 years and these were some of the best I've ever had 3) the Beignets were delicious - very large and with plenty of powdered sugar. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Wow - major waste of money. Ordered large gumbo which is a quart and a pint. Had maybe a 1/2 cup of seafood in the entire thing. And by "seafood" I mean maybe 10 baby shrimp, 2-3 oysters and zero crab. And that's it - just pure liquid. Empanadas tasted metallic although portion was a good size. First and last time I order from this place.

The gumbo stock was a little strong for my personal tastes, but the order was exactly as advertised. The portions on ingredients was great especially as I have seen other restaurants cheap out there.

The cup of shrimp gumbo was way too salty and it came with rice but there was only a tiny amount of rice, about a tablespoon. If i had gotten a decent amount of rice, then it may have cut down on the saltiness of the gumbo. However, the garlic toast and the fries were very good.
