I ordered biryani via DoorDash from Little India Restaurant, and as seen in the picture, the rice appears burnt with dark, charred pieces mixed throughout. The chicken looks dry and not fresh, with an unappealing texture. There is visible excess oil coating the rice, and the overall presentation looks messy and poorly prepared. The smell was unpleasantly burnt, and the taste was overly salty and bitter, making it hard to enjoy.
