My "toast" was a piece of floppy bread that bent over when I picked it up. It wasn't even remotely warmed up, let alone toasted.
The drinks I ordered for myself and my coworkers tasted weird like the milk had turned and we couldn't drink them.
The worst part is anytime there's an issue with my order nobody ever reaches out to apologize or make it right. I spent $40 to treat my coworkers and half of the order was gross and inedible.

Bowl is alright... I requested the chalula hot sauce to give it that extra kick, as you can see it is specifically requested in the order and clearly on the receipt. But, was very much so left out. The toast for $11, also doesn't feel $11 worth. Just my opinion.
