I ordered Special Pho, did not come with any bean sprouts and herbs like it should have. No utensils and no hot sauce or hoisin sauce. I don't know which authentic Vietnamese restaurant would serve Pho in this manner. Very disappointed for $18 bowl of pho that isn't anything "special".
