Food is hot delicious and huge portions!waffle smells and tastes of vanilla eggs are a perfect sunny side up. way better prices and flavors then other breakfast places 😋

I love this place! The Side of Hash Brown, Side 2 Egg a Side Turkey Bacon are always delicious! This morning they ran out of turkey bacon and a staff member kindly wrote a sweet note, substituted veggie sausage and gave me a free pastry! This is perfect customer service. The portions are typically very good and it's always fresh. The Vanilla Chai Frappe is my favorite drink!

i loooved the coffee IT WAS BETTER THAN STARBUCKS the landslide tasted juat like the mocha cookie crumble and my burger (the swiss mushroom burger) was fr one of the BEST BURGERS i ever had its a lil pricy but its worth it

Chicken Alfredo was a small portion. Brussel Sprout (Side) were drenched in dressing it was hard to enjoy. Order was missing the Gelato Overall very mid for $50 Greek Salad Was Ok.

love this place! The Seared Ahi Tuna Salad is so refreshing. The Matcha Latte they have here is really creamy and just the right amount of earthy. 5 stars
