I had a bacon cheeseburger from here last summer, and it was amazing. hand made, cooked perfect, just great. Tonight, I got a heated, frozen patty that was overcooked. After spending that kind of money, to get this, is very disappointing.

the filet mignon was nearly raw ordered well done the new york strip was way over cooked and the sweet potato look as though it had been run over by a truck I think fir almost 70.00 they could do a much better job

this is my first time eating lock 16. I have never had onion rings so good in my life in the steak is delicious. everything is perfect. a little constructive criticism about the steak though. I'm absolutely positive that it was cooked medium rare, but it was medium when it came to me because it continues to cook while the door Dasher is bringing it to me. it's not a big deal but maybe if you got an order going out for doordash, slightly undercook it that way it's perfect when it gets here. that being said everything is amazing the steak is juicy. I will definitely be a repeat customer
