We were so excited to try this restaurant as there is always a full parking lot! Our experience however, was a let down! The very expensive smoked wings were completely overcooked and too dry to get off the bone. The perch was very mushy so obviously frozen and translucent as if undercooked and very tasteless. The baked beans were too spicy to eat. The pulled pork and other barbecue meats as well as the loaded tots and cobbler were very good. Overall very disappointing.

The smoked brisket was very dry, though at least it was tender. The mac and cheese was alright, but wasn't very cheesy. The barbecue sauce tasted far more like spicy tomato sauce than barbecue sauce. The cornbread was the best part of the meal, but it did not come with the bourbon butter. I probably won't be ordering again.

The 6 Backwoods Wings are so tasty and tender. The Fries are also very good but I was underwhelmed by the Corn Bread which was different than pictured but overall a good meal

The burger and fries are good but if you get a well done burger it will be charred and burned rather than just cooked through.
