I have ordered many times from this place because they offered good deals. Once I ordered the honey and cinnamon and it only tasted like pure honey. Then, I ordered the sugar/cinnamon and only got cinnamon powdered. On top of that, 3 times I ordered they were over burned and dry. If you don't like baking, stop doing it! The only one they get right is the Nutella ones!

instead of receiving the sauce that I paid for they gave me a sachet of mayo. kogo was cold and stale, and the lokma donuts were even worse. the texture was that of a thick pancake, and they were burnt.

I ordered pistachio crunch and cinnamon sugar on my medium sized box. I only got the smallest drizzle of pistachio cream with no crushed pistachio, and no cinnamon sugar. Terrible quality, do not order from here

KitKat Shake tasted good but had more milk than anything else. Petite boîte Lokma / Small Lokma Box also tasted great but was oddly hollow on the inside.
