The fries I ordered were very soggy maybe because of the packaging which was just in a wrapper. The club sandwich was burnt the flavor was good but so crispy it was hard to eat. I like Longhorn cafe and will eat in person but doesn't travel well

My daughters corndog was still raw in the middle, along with maybe 6 tator tots. My Fried Chicken Sandwich also had raw batter in between the chicken & breading. Both inedible. Best thing was the green beans.

Was given a notification that the order was ready for pickup about 15 minutes after placing a large order (ordered around 11:45, and pickup was between 12:25-12:35). Figured that was a little soon, so that was probably just an error. Yet, when my associate came to pick up the food, our order hadn't even been made. I understand this was in a lunch rush, but I would have loved to get some prior notice that there was a delay. Instead of working to start on it, one of the workers even told her to ask for a refund. She decided to wait, and ended up taking the food with her. By the time the food got to our place of business, we found out we were missing a salad and an order of chicken fried chicken. Some of the fried items like the okra and the chicken fried steak were so poorly made that the batter started to slide off or made the food all mushy. All the side orders of tots and onion rings were also haphazardly thrown in a bag; even some of the packing fell apart.

Fried Mushrooms tasted weird. Tater Tots, basket were overcooked, and were too crunchy/hard. My Mushroom & Swiss burger was overcooked/dry. My husband enjoyed his Triple-Decker Club, and my son liked his Double Meat Double Cheese Burger.
