Absolutely the best tacos I've had since moving to Gilroy in 2015! Carne asada was absolutely delicious, perfectly spiced, very tender (not chewy like many other carne asadas) and perfectly lean. Tortillas were delicious and onion/cilantro were perfect complement. Hot sauce is fire! So good. I will definitely make this a regular.

This place has not let me down once, and it’s #1 in a town full of taquerias for a reason. I highly recommend the California Burrito and the Taco plate with Carne asada. Also, I love that my picky three year old loves the food here too so I have an excuse to come more often. I’m always so impressed with how much love they put into their food and the portions 😍

Fuego!! I had the pastor Super Taco and husband had Shrimp Taco and tostadas. Everything was very fresh, seasoned, and perfectly spicy! Great stop for us after a Costco trip, price is very reasonable. Staff made sure we had all Togo items needed

Super burrito asada usually consistent although recent order had lots of sour cream and not as much meat. I prefer the green sauce although can't write request for sauces. I'll still be a returning customer. Chips and Salsa are good too.
