The food is plentiful and of great quality. The Guacamole Dip is creamy and delicious. The shrimp is meaty and fresh tasting. And the beef fajit were tender and flavorful. Side Chile de Arbol Salsa was not too spicy but spicy enough.

I ordered the 3 meat fajitas and it feels like a terrible deal.
The meat portion size was way too small for $15. The steak and chicken were both overcooked and tough. Overall terrible value for the money spent.

I got the create your own combo with a variety of quesadillas. They seemed more like tacos though. There was some cheese at the bottom of the tortilla, and a big portion of meat in each one, but they were nothing like any quesadilla I have ever had before. It's like they told a cook who has never cooked Mexican food what ingredients go in it, but not how to prepare it. The big portion of meat made it worth the money, but not at all what I expected

The Alambre is very good. Last time I got it with steak, this time with pork. The pineapple and bacon really make the dish, and the rice, beans, and guacamole with chips fills you up. The restaurant has changed with new ownership, with prices going up a bit. They won't sell items like tacos, burritos and such individually anymore. It's very good, but not the same restaurant.
