Mexican for “little meats”, is simply small bits of well browned pork meat. It’s made of small cuts of pork meat that is simmered until tender, then finished by cooking the pieces slowly until nicely browned all over. We served our carnitas with salsa and used them as the filling in tacos and enchiladas.

All served with lettuce, guacamole, tomato, rice and beans. (except el sabroso and plato bom-bom).
