The Tamales were really solid, nice flavor. Real deal.
The Lomo saltado had no flavor. I had asked if they could do it spicy and I would have understood if it just wasn't spicy but it wasn't seasoned at all, no salt or pepper, nothing. The fries weren't crispy at all (I get that it's to-go but this wasn't "the fries got soggy over time"; this was "they never got crispy to begin with") and the onions were barely cooked. I tried dousing it in the salsas they gave me
The meat for the 12. Chilaquiles con Carne (Verdes y Rojos) was at least seasoned a bit but was cooked pretty well and the chilaquiles themselves just had a weird kind of flavor.
Overall, not thrilled.
