Items: Huli Huli bbq ribs - Luau Special chicken. Both arrived lukewarm and the chicken arrived undercooked and tough but also a bit soggy. The sauce for the ribs was oversalted. The chicken was also on the salter side but not as salty as the ribs. The ribs were cooked well, the meat didn't *fall* off the bone but it came off fairly easily with some effort.
I'll give them a second chance for sure. They should reduce their delivery area if their food can't travel well. Work on cook times and use thermometers. No more eye measuring the seasonings - measure it out for consistency. Change the packaging to avoid condensation/steam and soggy food on arrival. Easy enough changes that will make a huge difference.

The macaroni is good but the meat is too salty I couldn't even finish it.
