I never write reviews but today was the best meal i have had in a LONG time. I am doing keto and i asked for no noodles and tofu in replace and they accommodated. The broth of pho was soooo good and flavorful. Everything was packaged perfectly and arrived on time. I highly recommend and thank you for this amazing meal!

The spring rolls were tiny and were stuck to the the plastic wrap. They totally fell apart coming out of the wrap. I've had Spring Rolls from this restaurant often and never had this problem before. I was disappointed.

Portion size is small. Lemongrass stir fried shrimp with veggies was lacking as it was full of bell peppers and barely any shrimp. Flavor is good but portion size needs to be improved. 8 dollars for a small beef ball soup with two beef balls cut in thirds. It's a waste of money.

This is literally my favorite thing to get here! Even through delivery the food remains fresh and delicious. The sauce is always perfect and the chicken is always tender and well cooked.

Lotus's broth is flavorful, the vegetables are nice and crisp, and the meat isn't too chewy. I heated up the broth then, soaked the meat in it and let it cool before adding anything else. The meal is just right.
