Pizza was stuck to paper beneath because it was barely cooked through. This location always leaves the pizza Uncut, even though "cut" option is always selected. Worst location in Chicago.

Raw crust, canned olives. Xtra large pizza was the size of a med . Im not sure why people like this place. Bad quality, bad cook, bad flavor

I know Lou's thing is pizza, but I really love their Meatball Sandwich. It's covered with cheese, and they include an extra cup of marinara sauce. The serving of fries is also tasty and generous.

They no longer fully cook the pizza or add as many toppings or sauce. This is clearly to reduce time and cost. If you select well done for your pizza you can expect what was considered undercooked 5 years ago

Absolute trash. The crust had the texture of fried pork rinds with the flavor of rice cakes. There was no sauce so it was comparable to eating melted cheese on air crust. Worst 50$ I have ever spent.
