This was the best pizza I've ever eaten. I ate it in literally 5 minutes. And shoutout ALLY! She provided excellent customer service and made my night! Thank you ally!

I've ordered from Lou's all my life and this is the first time it's been disappointing. Crust was overcooked and too hard, ordered the Medium - Deep Dish Chicago Classic and there's way too much tomato and not the usual extra cheese. It's still decent but not consistent with the usual phenomenal pizza they serve.

Personal deep dish was way smaller than expected, consider a larger size if you're hungry, it tasted outstanding so it's hard to be mad. But I'm still hungry and paid $28 for a tiny pizza

The Thin Crust Margherita Pesto Pizza is delicious. You can taste the freshness in the mozzarella, the pesto sauce. The famous Lou's crust just makes it perfection! Will be very hard to resist this one.

Very satisfied with the Deep Dish Cheese (crust is definitely just right without it being too hard to cut into) & grateful the restaurant opens late. The pizza sure helps keep our hangriness from spilling over during the long layover at ORD!
