Always loved Lou's! Today's order has been as great as the rest of them! Gotta get the Large - Deep Dish Cheese ! I added mushrooms and basil. don't be fooled by the amount of basil in the picture. I only got basil on half and spread it around the whole pizza. I can do that because the FRESH basil is sprinkled on top.

I've had Lou Malnatti's several times in the past and have always been very satisfied with the quality. However, that seems to be a thing of the past. The Thin Crust Cheese was like cardboard. I've had frozen pizzas that were better. The Deep Dish Sausage was "okay" but nothing like it used to be. It's more pan than deep dish. Overall, this was terrible value for the money.

I've always loved Lou Malnati's deep dish and salads. Salads are fresh and crisp. Portion size is great, an individual deep dish with a Malnati Salad is two meals for me. I would definitely order again.

I am so disappointed. Terrible presentation, not enough balsamic vinegar. Ive been ordering brashuta from all the local restaurants and this was by far the worst

Boneless wings were soggy bbq covered rubber balls and inedible for $18. Pizza was soggy and lacked quality for $20. Cookies were worth about negative -$7.. should pay me to eat those.. rough performance at best.
