The best carbonara I've ever had! The tiramisu is very good as well. I'm usually picky about tiramisu, but this was very thick and moist!

Ordered this food for a special dinner and did not disappoint. The food was very flavorful and the portions were perfect for each person. The Garlic Bread and Bruschetta were perfect sharing sizes and tasty! I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the mood for a good pasta!!

Given this place enough chances and I am fed up. The Chicken Parmigiana was a tiny cut for the money, and I've got better food for way less elsewhere. The Pomodoro was bland and the meatballs where tiny. The Insalata was way overdressed and tasted of nothing but vinegar. Honestly, I could make a better Italian dinner by opening up a jar of Classico and pouring over some seasoned ground beef.

The chicken piccata portion size is slightly underwhelming but the chicken was thin and tender with a decent sauce.
The eggplant isn't prepared or cooked correctly. Always bitter and undercooked. Not good at all. The pasta we added sausage too and it was bitter and burned.
For these prices I expected more. Knowing the quality and recipes suffer, I'd go in person to the now significantly improved Italian restaurant offerings in Berkeley. Not enough quality or effort in the kitchen here...the recipes simply don't meet the standard of quality. If the rents in Berkeley were lower, this place would need to charge $10 per meal for the quality you get but at that price I could make all of these dishes myself and they would taste better.

Sadly all of our pasta was very bland. The Alfredo was at least creamy, but the Limone was both relatively dry (despite ordering and paying for extra sauce) and nearly flavorless. It almost tasted like plain olive oil with garlic, no lemon tang at all. Not a ton of cheese. The shrimp were good quality and cooked well, but apparently without spice (just like the pasta).
The Potatoes were the only part I would consider ordering again. They had actual flavor and were almost crispy.
