Pasta, po-boys, salads, and soups …
I ordered the 2+2+2 Pancake, Eggs, & Meat with an extra side of Hash Browns. Very good. Better than IHOP. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The eggs actually tasted real lol! Sausage and hash browns were great too. I would recommend it.

Chilaquiles Portion was small, the avocado was barely there. The eggs and chili sauce were good. The rice was good, which is saying something because I usually don't eat the rice. The beans were very dry, and probably a hold over from the day before. -
The Fruit Bowl was delicious, fresh, chilled.

Absolutely delicious! Eggs were fluffy and buttery, pancakes were sweet and delicious, and the hash browns were crispy and soft and delicious. Couldn't have asked for a better breakfast.

Todays order had some issues. Eggs were asked to be cooked medium but were extremely undercooked and runny in meal one. Hash browns were fire on all orders, except the burrito meal where they were missing entirely. Speaking of burrito, quite tasty, fresh ingredients, BUT tortilla was hard, and gummy, insides delish, but it was MISSING the HB side!! Meal 3 no complaints, eggs scrambled fine, good though small pancakes, and exceptional variety from bacon, ham and sausage, all cooked perfectly. Biscuits and gravy average, need more gravy. Lastly meal 4 the salad was fine, a large portion of greens with plenty of chef salad option on top. No dressing, but not a big issue, think an site issue on that. Close to 4 stars with a 3.75. Keep improving!!

This restaurant is one of the only places in Springfield to get a good Monte Cristo , and everything else I've tried from here has been just as good. The price is great for the amount of food you get, too. When I see "family restaurant" I'm always prepared for disappointment, but the food here is legitimately great.
