Beef ribs were huge with a ton of meat and baby backs ok but seemed overcooked. Ordered burnt ends and got brisket and was pleasantly surprised- very tender. Potato salad, Mac and cheese good. Tomato casserole was different. Corn pudding is corn baked in corn bread and was good.

Ok honest review, portions were massive. Worth the price. Baked bean were excellent, Mac and cheese was a big no go. The meat was kind of a hit or miss. The pork belly burnt end and the bbq beef ribs had a very yummy glaze. But we're somehow dry on the interior. The beef brisket was also dry. To be honest , I feel like I got a hefty plate of bbq from the day before. I'm willing to give it another go because they clearly stand on good flavor..maybe I should not order first thing when they open though. If felt like it wasn't freshly cooked.

When I say these beef ribs are tender. That is an understatement. The garlic potatoes are just like I make them. The sautéed vegetables make you wanna slap your mama.

I ordered a 2 meat build-your-own combo and everything was delicious. The ribs and chopped pork both were tender and tasty. I actually made 3 meals out of them.

The SOUTHWEST BRISKET CHOPPED SALAD was bland and had very few slices of brisket which was dry and bland. The 2 biscuits that came with the order were brick hard and dry and could probably break a window. Disappointing flavorless meal.
