• 10/17/23the chicken stew is amazing just make sure you are specific with what you are ordering. I asked for salsa Roja Pollo guisado and yellow rice and got what I wanted thoroughly. keep ordering from here its a go to for inexpensive high quality lunch!

• 8/1/26First we love Lula's! it is the best Dominican place around! No one wanted the tres golpes pizza to slam more than our Italian/Dominican family but it needs some work. While the cheese, salami, and egg are delicious, you really miss the flavors of mangu and pickled onions which aren't on the pizza. The pizza part was all wrong because the marinara sauce is weirdly sweet like it has sugar. Also despite it taking 3x longer to arrive than other orders, it was still undercooked floppy dough because the toppings are too heavy. You need to cook the pizza first in a hotter oven and add the toppings at the end. It's a cool attempt, glad we tried it, and wasn't bad tasting but it could be great with some tweaks. For now I'd stick to the regular tres golpes (delicious) and just get pizza from a pizza place.

• 12/12/23The portions are hearty and the flavors are great. they did forget a side order of rice for the Lomo Saltado and the extra side order of Fried Sweet Plantains was made up of 5 very small pieces(a little more than half of a single plantain.) cant beat the price of their Baked Chicken Dinner Special which makes up for the two issues I had.

• 1/7/23White rice, sweet plantains, baked chicken, steak and onions were all well made. But the beans came in 3 small containers and 2 of them arrived with the lids cracked and broken which spilled all of the beans on the bottom of the bag. We had about 2 tablespoons of beans left to eat. I wish I could upload pictures for you to see.
