Tacos al Pastor was incredible, simply among the best DoorDash orders ever, and among the best tacos ever I have had. Bursting with strong, deep spicy flavor with contrast of grilled pineapple. Seitan was handled with perfection. I've also the seitan lettuce wraps a couple times and they too were amazing - they come nice packaged for you to self assemble everything, whereas the tacos are ready to eat.
The kind of food that keeps you thinking about it for a while. Keep up the great work!
