The broth here is so good and generous, the no noodles option is nice. Love it when you get something other than the bok choy thats already in there.

Vietnamese spring rolls were re-heated. No crispynesd, but more like a shoe sole, hard.
The salad should be packed separately so not to wilt with the spring rolls; it was in the same container, literally cooked. Vietnamese Spring Rolls are serve with fresh lettuce and cilantro. They sent basil instead. I wont order again from this restaurant.

Hanoi Dry Pho was very lack luster. A few clumps of beef on pho noodles that are all compacted and squished together. Not sure what the dish is supposed to be.

This is my 3rd time ordering the original pho and this time the condiment bag looked old and the bean sprouts were wilty and mushy. They also forgot a lime in one of the bags.

Some of the BEST traditional pho I've had in a long time. I haven't had pho this good since Vietnam. Would definitely get again!
